The exhibition features 22 pieces of furniture and exceptional objects designed by Shiro Kuramata (1934- 1991)
Azzedine admired Kurmata’s work and owned many pieces. With the support of Mrs. Mieko Kurmato The current exhibition beautifully encapsulates the essence of Shiro’s Architectural gifts along with Azzedine Alaïa's design philosophy, Intricate and unique tailoring style calm colors. The exhibition features a curated selection of Alaïa’s most iconic pieces, each reflecting his unparalleled skill in sculpting fabric to celebrate the female form.

The Iconic Bandage Dress
One of Alaïa’s most famous creations, the bandage dress, is prominently featured. Known for its body-hugging fit and architectural precision, this piece exemplifies Alaïa’s ability to blend sensuality with sophistication.

One piece that stood out to me with perfect timing was the iconic “Flag Gown” Which the creative director Pieter Mulier paid homage to during Vogue world for this year's haute couture week in Paris.
