Nestled in the picturesque hills of the French Riviera, the Front Row event at Chateau de Bellet was nothing short of a luxurious, sensory feast. This unique experience, the brainchild of SHUBA Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief, Latris Latrelle, and co-created with the impeccable event coordinator Sophie Kobouloff of Tres Chic Event Agency, lived up to its promise of a spectacular fusion of fashion, art, and music. The prestigious Chateau de Bellet, with its sweeping views and historic charm, provided the perfect backdrop for this elite gathering.

The event began with an hour dedicated to the featured artist, Rebecca Grant de Lingual. Known for her captivating artwork, Rebecca’s exhibition was an inspiring display of creativity and elegance. Guests sipped on custom bottles of wine, provided by Wine Me Co. paired with  catered Hors d'oeuvres as they admired her masterpieces while being serenaded by the soulful sounds of talented saxophonist Michael Labour, also known as Mikasax. The combination of art, music, and the stunning Riviera setting made for an enchanting start to the evening.

As the sun set, the second half of the event unfolded: a runway show that brought the latest in high fashion to the hills of Nice. Front Row’s commitment to supporting Ukrainian designers was evident in the diversity of the collections showcased. The Ksenya brand, helmed by designer Olga Lushtei, stood out with its unique synthesis of national identity and Ukrainian modernism. The intricate embroidery, steeped in Ukrainian culture, spoke volumes about the rich heritage behind each piece.

In contrast, Siren by Vladlena Golovko offered a fresh, modern take on fashion. With simple silhouettes and exquisite fabrics, her collection hypnotized the audience, living up to the brand’s philosophy of combining beauty and simplicity. Kira Tan’s evening dresses, in collaboration with jewelry brand Gi-Bijou and hat collector Elena Abashkina, added a touch of glamor and sophistication to the evening. The delicate interplay between exquisite gowns and statement jewelry pieces highlighted the elegance and allure of Ukrainian fashion.

The runway show also featured designs for the younger fashionistas, with Iryna Gagauz’s jewelry brand Gi-Bijou making waves with its bold, star-worthy accessories. Meanwhile, Elena Abashkina’s curated collection of hats, gathered from around the world, brought a touch of whimsy and international flair to the catwalk.

Blanc de Blancs set the tone for a romantic golden hour runway featuring breathtaking couture gowns and bridal wear.

The evening soared as Rebecca Grant debuted her first runway collection of silk scarves and skirts, drawing direct inspiration from the artwork exhibited earlier. The immersive experience of seeing her art flow off the bodies of professional models brought the event full circle, showcasing the seamless blend of art and fashion that Front Row is known for.

German designer Boris Makarucha’s unisex ready-to-wear collection, with its signature safety pin motif and use of natural materials like cotton, silk, and exotic fish leather, offered a refreshing mix of classic and edgy styles, inspired by both Asian motifs and modern-day cuts.

The grand finale was nothing short of magical Posh Lingerie, the American bespoke lingerie brand founded by the shows executive producer Latris Latrelle, captivated the audience with its latest collection, “Sexy Snob.” The collection paid homage to iconic figures like Aaliyah and Grace Jones, with pieces that blended the ambiance of couture with the intimacy of bespoke lingerie. Published in Vogue and Harper's Bazar, renowned runway model Tamera Oswald, the original “Posh Girl” from the brand’s record-breaking debut at the Ritz Paris, made a triumphant return with her signature hooded look.

As the night drew to a close, the event transitioned into a night of celebration, complete with casino games, champagne from Champagne Salmon, and tunes that kept guests dancing under the Riviera stars. The perfect culmination of a day dedicated to the finest in art, fashion, and luxury, Front Row’s debut at Chateau de Bellet was a stellar success, setting a new standard for fashion events worldwide.
